Ronald Tse is the Founder and CEO of Ribose, leading strategic development and its technology roadmap. He graduated from Brown University with bachelor's degrees magna cum laude in Computer Science and Biology, and a master's degree in Computer Science.

His mission is to bring peace of mind to organizations and individuals alike by helping them protect their data through the application of security and privacy technology. Previous to Ribose, Ronald worked in the life sciences industry and on highly-scalable distributed systems at Brown and MIT.

Ronald is a Director of the Board and the Director of External Relationships at CalConnect, the Founding Chair of the CSA SaaS Governance working group and Co-chair of the CalConnect TC VCARD (digital contact exchange) committee, an expert delegate to the ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27 committee, a liaison representative of CalConnect to ISO TC 211, and a voting member of the CSA International Standardization Council. He also represents Hong Kong at China's National Information Security Standards Committee (TC 260) at CESI and the Hong Kong/Guangdong Informatisation Committee.

He is an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy, a member of Sigma Xi, a CISSP-ISSAP, ISSMP, CSSLP, CAP, SSCP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, PSM I-II-III, PSPO I-II, PSD, CCIE Emeritus #9650 and a lead auditor in ISO/IEC 27001.

Koon Wa Kwan is Ribose's Operations Lead where he heads DevOps and service management of the Ribose secure collaboration platform. Graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has over two decades software engineering experience especially with workflow and infrastructure automation.

He is most interested in improving cloud service delivery processes using best practices through software and DevOps methods.

Koon Wa is a member of the itSMF, ACM and IEEE, and is a lead auditor in IT service management systems (ISO/IEC 20000-1) and information security management systems (ISO/IEC 27001) as well as a Scrum.org PSM/PSD.

Erick Borsboom is Ribose's Security Lead responsible for protecting user information on the collaboration platform and security practices within the organization. Armed with almost two decades of experience in cybersecurity, compliance and infrastructure, he also leads Ribose's OH&S practice and co-leads the privacy practice. Previously, he helped large European government agencies protect critical assets, safeguarded ITAR/EAR exports, and worked at Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems.

He is interested in vulnerability research, exploit and countermeasure development on Unix environments, focusing on virtual machines, containers and their underlying operating systems; as well as in innovating information security management practices.

Erick is an expert represented at the ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 information security committee from the Cloud Security Alliance, works closely with the CSA on research topics in the SaaS Governance and Container Security working groups and often presents at international security conferences. He leads development of the open-source security research tool "retrace", is a CISSP, RHCE and a lead auditor in information security management systems (ISO/IEC 27001) and IT service management systems (ISO/IEC 20000-1).

Jeffrey Lau is Ribose's Platform Lead, responsible for service-wide improvements of the Ribose secure collaboration platform. Passionate in protecting individual privacy rights, he is particularly interested in the privacy impact of technology as well as methods to mitigate them through technology.

He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and leads the business continuity practice and co-leads the privacy practice at Ribose. Jeffrey is an expert delegate representing Hong Kong at ISO TC 307 (blockchain) and ISO TC 215 (health informatics), and currently serves the CSA SaaS Governance and Privacy Level Agreement working groups with a focus on privacy risks, as well as technical committees at the OpenID Foundation for identity management.

Jefrey is an official package maintainer for Fedora (RHEL/CentOS), and also a lead auditor in information security management systems (ISO/IEC 27001), IT service management systems (ISO/IEC 20000-1) as well as business continuity management systems (ISO 22301).

Peter Tam is Ribose's Application Lead, responsible for architecting and development of collaborative applications based on the Ribose secure collaboration platform, as well as leading the environmental practice at Ribose. With a decade of software engineering experience, he received his bachelor's degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technlogy in Computer Science.

Peter is most interested in the practical applications and concerns of Computer Science, such as enabling secure exchange of digital contact information and creating standards to ensure interoperability between cloud systems.

He is an expert delegate at ISO TC 211 (geographic information / geomatics) as the liaison representative of CalConnect and a representative of Hong Kong, represents Hong Kong at ISO TC 307 (blockchain), co-chairs the CalConnect TC VCARD (digital contact exchange) committee. He is also a lead auditor in information security management systems (ISO/IEC 27001), IT service management systems (ISO/IEC 20000-1) and energy management systems (ISO 50001).
